Description

Summit Theatre Group announces an open audition call for DREAM TICKET / BAD PRESS, written and directed by Ryan Bernsten. Ages: plays 20s-60s.

SYNOPSIS: A two-act political satire of a Republican and Democratic primary. Dream Ticket follows two rival Republican senators as they team up on a doomed campaign for President and Vice President. In Bad Press, a Democratic power couple manipulates the system to retake control by recruiting a washed-up pornographer-turned-populist to disrupt the primary. A fast-paced ensemble comedy featuring news anchors, pundits, scheming aides, and fringe lunatics.
